Minimum one week notice is required for all orders.

Allow 2-3 weeks for custom toppers or decorations.

A $300 order minimum is required for all deliveries over 15 miles from 400 E 29th street. Delivery fee not included in the $300 minimum. A $600 minimum is required over 50 miles.

For pick ups, a half hour pick up window is required. If you do not arrive within your arranged pick up window, a $20 late fee will apply and your pick up will be rescheduled.

Pickup hours are by appointment only [Thursday 2-6, Friday 10-6, Saturday 10-3, & Sunday 9-12] at 400 E 29th Street Baltimore, MD 21218. Detailed pickup instructions will be sent after your order is confirmed.
